Step-by-Step Guide: Sending Messages to School Using the MyKidReports App

Step 1: Download and Install the MyKidReports Mobile App

1. Go to the App Store (click here to download) or Google Play Store (click here to download) on your mobile phone.
2. Search for "MyKidReports" and click on the app with our logo.
3. Tap the "Install" button to download and install the app.

Step 2: Login to Your MyKidReports Account

1. Open the MyKidReports app on your mobile phone.
2. Enter the email address associated with your preschool and the password which you setupped when you got password reset email. (You'll recieve password setup email once school added you as parent of a child. Ask school if you didn't recieve any email.)
3. Once logged in, you'll be directed to the app's home screen.

Step 3: Access the Messaging Feature

1. From the app's home screen, locate the message icon at the bottom menu.
2. Tap on the message icon to access the messaging feature.

Step 4: Start a New Message

1. In the messaging interface, click on the "New message" button to initiate a new conversation.
2. Select the recipient from the list of available contacts (e.g., preschool, teachers)
3. Type your message in the text box provided and click "Send". Your message is now delivered.
