Welcome to MyKidReports! We have designed a convenient and contactless check-in process to make it easier for parents to check in their children at our preschool. In this guide, we will walk you through two simple methods to check in your child using our mobile app or a check-in code. Let's get started!

Method 1: Check-In Using the MyKidReports Mobile App

Step 1: Download and Install the MyKidReports Mobile App

1. Go to the App Store (click here to download) or Google Play Store (click here to download) on your mobile phone.
2. Search for "MyKidReports" and click on the app with our logo.
3. Tap the "Install" button to download and install the app.

Step 2: Login to Your MyKidReports Account

1. Open the MyKidReports app on your mobile phone.
2. Enter the email address associated with your preschool and the password which you setupped when you got password reset email. (You'll recieve password setup email once school added you as parent of a child. Ask school if you didn't recieve any email.)
3. Once logged in, you'll be directed to the app's home screen.

Step 3: Check-In Your Child

1. From the home screen, click on the "Check-In" button.
2. Allow the app to access your camera when prompted.
3. Scan the QR code displayed at the preschool entrance using the app's camera.
4. Once the scan is successful, your child will be checked in for the day, and you will receive a confirmation message.

Method 2: Check-In Using a Check-In Code

Step 1: Receive Your Check-In Code

1. If you don't have a mobile phone or prefer not to use the app, our preschool will provide you with a unique check-in code.
2. This code will be sent to your registered email address. Please keep it safe and accessible.

Step 2: Arriving at the Preschool

1. Visit our preschool with your child during the check-in hours.
2. Approach the front desk or designated check-in area.

Step 3: Check-In Your Child

1. Provide the check-in code to the staff
2. They will enter the code into the MyKidReports system to check in your child for the day.
3. Once the process is complete, you will receive a confirmation message.
